So many times I have climbed these stairs. On the landings I have stopped and pressed my back flat against the wall and raised my arms like I was laying on the ground making a snow angel, yet touching my fingertips up top. My elbows lift away when I’m stiff. I don’t let that stop me though. More important than a perfect form is keeping range of motion. Often I do ten to twenty reps. Then off the wall about a foot and twisting my upper body, while keeping lower body facing the stairs, twisting side to side touching and looking at the wall behind me the same amount of reps.. That next flight of stairs; the climb seems almost effortless. Going up or down, gotta say, down always seems easier.
